The Story

Dating back to the Spring of 2013, as a father of 4 athletic children, I was seeking a speed coach who could help my very own aspiring young athletes improve their speed, quickness and agility.  I checked with local coaches at the High School and Collegiate  levels and also with people in the sports media world only to find that few options existed.  While at this crossroads, my choice was to either accept it and move on or to get certified myself.  As an ex athlete and coach, I chose the latter and my research began.  I decided to take an online 9 week university accredited  class offered by the National Association of Speed & Explosion (NASE).  After completing my assignments, attending speed clinics and observing an all day strength and conditioning session with a nationally ranked big time ACC Conference football program, I took and passed an online test which consisted of 115 questions and received my certification with the NASE.  The rest, they say, is history!!!!!!!!!!.
